This is the mirrored design — the name runs through the center and the pattern is symmetrical around it. If you want the name spiraled outward through the arms instead, that's the spiral design.

How many characters fit?

Twelve, without spaces or special characters.

Can you do two names on one snowflake?

Two works. More than two disrupts the pattern that makes it read as a snowflake. Message with the specific names and we'll confirm before you order.

What are the snowflakes made of?

3D printed PLA plastic. Wood and other materials are in development.

Will it survive being stored in an attic?

No. PLA softens around 130–140°F, which an uninsulated attic or a hot car reaches easily. Store it indoors with your other ornaments and it will last for years.

When do I need to order for Christmas?

November 27. Production is 2–3 weeks and we don't cut that short.
